BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday Parties are a piece of cake at the Discovery Center! Easy to plan, a cinch to host and fun for children of all ages, we offer an affordable party package to fit celebrations large or small. All Birthday parties packages include the following with the option to add-on fun, seen in pricing.
Fun At The Museum
Your group will go big with play at our museum full of jam-packed interactive, hands-on exhibits, exotic animal encounters, discovery yard, paleontology dig and fish pond. Wrist bands allow full access to the museum. Your visit will be an unforgettable celebration.
Private Party Room
Your group will have 2 hours in its own party space, including tables and chairs, a kitchen and private restroom. Decorate yourself or pick from one of our themes - we'll provide table cloths and party favors. As the host, you will have access to your party room 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your rental for set up and clean up.
There is an upcharge for facility rentals held outside our regular open hours.
Private Animal Encounters
For an additional fee, your group has access to a (1) 15 minute private animal encounter with one of our animal specialists and the preference of animal*, or a (1) 20-minute Science Experience with one of our educators held in your party room for your guests.
*Preference of animal cannot be guaranteed as they are living creatures but our awesome Animal Care Staff will do their best.
We request reservations be made at least 2 weeks in advance due to staffing requirements.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Birthday Party fees are non-refundable once the booking has been processed. In case of emergency, the party date can be moved to another available date at the discretion of the Fresno Discovery Center.
