Come explore adventures in science, animals, the great outdoors and - NEW - for 2019, Growth Mindset!

The Fresno Discovery Center is excited to welcome students to this year’s Creative Mind Summer Camp 2019! We are offering several week-long camps to investigate, create and capture the imagination! Themes include animals, science, space, dinosaurs, and - NEW - a week devoted to growth mindset specifically for kids ages 7-12!

Track One

Ages: 3-5 (Campers need to be potty-trained to attend camp.)

Camp Start Time: 9 AM-1 PM

Camp Drop Off Time: 8:45 AM

Dates: June 24-August 9 (No camp the weeks of July 1, July 22, or July 29)

Cost: $250 per week for non-members / $200 per week for members

Track Two

Ages: 6-11

Camp Start Time: 9 AM-4 PM

Camp Drop Off Time: 8:45 AM

Dates: June 24-August 9 (No camp the week of July 1, July 22, or July 29)

Cost: $350 per week for non-members / $300 per week for members

CAMP THEMES

The two-track system will feature identical themes but will be modified to accommodate each age group.

Dino-Diggers:
A Jurassic Experience

We'll learn about all of our prehistoric dinosaur friends!
Dates: June 24-28

3...2...1... Blast Off:
Space Camp

Come explore space in our inflatable planetarium!
Dates: July 15-19

Weird Science:
Slimy Chemistry

Get goopy, get messy with slime & the wonders of chemistry!
Dates: July 8-12

Climbing Mountains: Growth Mindset

This camp helps children learn to embrace challenges, to persevere, and grow through feedback.
Date: August 5-9
Ages: 7-12 only

Over the phone: Staff will contact you within 24 hours of you completing your registration form to process your transaction for your entire order with a credit/debit card.
In-person: Visit the Museum and pay at the admissions register.
The Fresno Discovery Center does not accept personal checks for summer camps.
