The Fresno Discovery Center is committed to providing an environment free from harassment or discrimination in the treatment of individuals with respect to employment with the Museum and admission or access to Museum facilities, programs, activities, or in the manner in which they are provided.

Consistent with this principle of inclusivity and applicable laws, the Fresno Discovery Center does not permit harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental capability, marital or partnership status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, pregnancy, military service or discharge status, or any other classification protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. The Fresno Discovery Center is committed to maintaining a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment, or bias based upon these grounds.

Privacy Policy: HOW IS MY INFORMATION PROTECTED?

Your privacy and security are our highest priority. The Fresno Discovery Center collects from members, visitors and guests only the personal information necessary to provide the information and services requested by them. Personal information in our possession is maintained and used in ways that respect individual privacy.

Our employees are educated about the importance of protecting personal information and consumer privacy, and only authorized employees are officially granted access to personal information.
 

Fresno Discovery Center will never disclose email addresses collected from users to third parties for any reasons. In select cases we may exchange snail mail addresses with other nonprofit museums in the area for direct mail campaigns that we believe will be of interest or benefit to our visitors.
